WF Construction served as the General Contractor for this two-story, 38-unit multi-family residential development completed in 2019 for La Verne Landing, LLC. Designed by Urbanaut Design Group, the 64,000 square foot apartment complex showcases modern living solutions and high-quality construction standards. 

This project highlights our continued expertise in delivering large-scale residential housing across Southern California.

20,000 SF Industrial Tilt-Up Warehouse & Office | Completed 2019

WF Construction served as the General Contractor for this 20,000 square-foot industrial tilt-up warehouse and office project completed in 2019 for Silvers & Hall, Inc. Designed by Chait Company, Inc., the facility features modern office space integrated with high-functioning warehouse capabilities.

This project highlights our expertise in industrial tilt-up construction and showcases our ability to deliver efficient, high-quality spaces for commercial and industrial clients across Southern California.

9,568 SF Medical Surgery Tenant Improvement | Completed 2022

WF Construction served as the General Contractor for this 9,568 square-foot medical surgery tenant improvement project completed in 2022 for 10888 Foothill, LLC. Designed by Steve Liebke, the remodel focused on transforming the space into a fully functional and modern surgical facility.

This project demonstrates our expertise in medical office construction and tenant improvements, delivering high-performance healthcare environments that meet strict compliance and functionality standards across Southern California.

2,326 SF Residential Remodel | Completed 2021

This residential remodel was designed by Anasrasio Design Studio for homeowners Ronaldo and Jennifer Vasquez. WF Construction served as the General Contractor for the project, located in Pasadena, CA.
