WF Construction, Inc. Presents The Courts at Chino Hills
For Immediate Release
CHINO HILLS, CA (July 19, 2006) - Next Spring many businesses will have a new place to call home in what Money Magazine has ranked the eighth most desirable place to reside and work in the Western US. With almost half of Chino Hills’ labor force employed as executives, professionals, or technical specialists, WF Construction, Inc. (WFC) recognized a need for office space in this burgeoning area of Southern California. Acting as the developer and design-build contractor, San Dimas-based WFC presents The Courts at Chino Hills, a mixed-use development featuring fourteen (14) office buildings, as well as four (4) service retail buildings. Building sizes range from approximately 4,000 to 14,000 square feet, for a total of 124,715 square feet.
The Courts at Chino Hills, located in the northwest quadrant of Pipeline and Chino Hills Parkway, was approved by City Council this June and is expected to be completed by the beginning of Second Quarter of 2007.

A full 25% of the buildings are under contract before even breaking ground, which will take place on August 9, 2006. Buyers include mortgage, escrow, real estate and medical companies who are relocating from leased space to capture the advantages of ownership. CB Richard Ellis (Ontario) Senior Vice President Taylor Ing and Associate Michael Day will handle sales and leasing for the project on behalf of WFC.
The Courts will combine office product with restaurants and service retail, a distinctive combination in the area. The local retail stores will offer convenience and accessibility to the company’s employees, while providing retailers with an inherent customer base.
Currently the only new office project in North Chino Hills, The Courts encompasses a unique landscape including serene pedestrian spaces and linkages that accentuate the modern one and two-story architecture of the building. WFC has provided business owners with an aesthetically appealing campus setting combined with stylish, contemporary architecture. The development also features ample parking allotment, fully sprinklered buildings, and up to 400 Amp service.
As an established small business itself, WFC understands the needs of companies looking for a place to thrive. “Small business owners merit an up-to-date building to grow their companies, and they shouldn’t have to commute far to achieve this goal,” said President and founder Joe Wilkins. With immediate freeway access to the 71 and close proximity to the 10, 60 and 91, The Courts is a prime location for companies with commuters from cities amongst the growing Inland Empire.
WF Construction, Inc. is a full-service construction and development company started in 1988 by Joe and Janice Wilkins. With a staff of over 150 people, WFC is an established family-owned and operated company serving projects in the areas of professional offices, retail centers, industrial warehouses, mixed-use and residential properties. Their work can be found throughout Southern California reflecting over one million square feet in new construction.
The company prides itself on building successful projects while creating partnerships with its clients. WFC has formed affiliations with companies such as Kohl’s Department Store, Anaheim-Fullerton Harley Davidson, Disney Imagineering, Church of the Nazarene, and Metrolink. With The Courts at Chino Hills, WFC looks forward to adding numerous relationships to its ever-growing family.
Groundbreaking Ceremonies will take place Wednesday, August 9th at 11:30am.
