Another Tilt-Up for WF Construction, Inc.
For Immediate Release
FONTANA, CA (July 2006) - WF Construction, Inc. (WFC) will add another concrete tilt-up project to its portfolio this autumn with the completion of Hilton Drive Industrial Park in Fontana, California. The high-image business park features 13-buildings ranging from 7,000-23,000 square feet, for a total of 182,000 square feet.
Located in the North Fontana region on Hilton Drive and Hemlock Ave, Hilton Drive Industrial Park marks WF Construction’s 20th concrete tilt-up project since its inception in 1988. This specialized type of construction allows for timely assembly with minimal discrepancies. Tilt-ups are characterized by their attractiveness, efficiency, and longevity. WFC considers concrete tilt-up structures its specialty and hopes to continue to deliver buildings under this preferred method of construction.
The Hilton project offers business owners a distinctive floor plan with fee-simple property. This means that each building has an individualized secured yard, just one of the benefits of Hilton Drive Industrial Park. Other design features include private parking, 18’-24’ minimum clearance, and dock high and ground level doors.
Project Manager, Jim Monegan, comments, “The project has gone smoothly thus far and should be completed slightly ahead of schedule in mid-November 2006. The City of Fontana has been a pleasure to work with and has eased the building process immensely.”
Less than three months after breaking ground, WFC has contracted more than 30% of the development, and the company expects to reach full capacity upon completion. Grubb & Ellis’ (Ontario, CA) Randy Lockhart, Ryan Athens and Milo Lipson will handle sales and leasing for the project on behalf of WFC.
